An athlete nominated and selected as the 1st Team All-American Catcher. The athlete must have played 50 percent of the school's total games at the nominated position. Defensive and offensive statistics will have equal weight on the selection process.
New Balance / NFCA Golden Shoe Award
Most prolific base stealer when accounting for strength of schedule and other statistical categories. The athlete must be nominated for All-Region to be considered. A ballot will be sent to the membership containing the top five most prolific baserunners who were nominated for All-American.
NFCA Player of the Year
A 1st Team All-American selected based on statistical analysis. A ballot will be sent to the membership containing the All-Americans.
NFCA Pitcher of the Year
A 1st Team All-American selected based on statistical analysis. Must have pitched the minimum innings required for the pitching category for their respective division. Pitching stats are the first consideration. Defensive stats are second consideration. Offensive stats are third consideration. A ballot will be sent to the membership containing the highest vote receiving All-American Pitcher(s) & Utility/Pitcher(s).
