The NFCA recognizes student-athletes who have been nominated by their NFCA member head coach for excellence on the field and selected by their fellow member coaches for to receive All-Region and All-American recognition.

NFCA high school member head coaches are eligible to recognize their student-athletes who have achieved a 3.5 GPA with the Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete Award. Coaches can also submit their squad for Easton/NFCA Top 10 Academic Team honors.
