WISE CABINET
Comprised of a select group of NFCA Emeriti Members, the WISE Cabinet serves as a resource to educate and/or mentor fellow NFCA members. The cabinet handles concerns when an ethical concern or question is submitted to the NFCA, by an NFCA member, about an NFCA member, but is not the type or severity of conduct that warrants formal action by the NFCA Ethics Committee. The purpose of the WISE Cabinet is to preserve and promote the culture of integrity, respect, collegiality, and sportsmanship in softball. It is not a punitive entity and does not determine rules, policy, or ethics violations. The WISE Cabinet is also available to member coaches seeking advice/guidance on how to navigate various professional situations/circumstances.
Cabinet members: Dee Abrahamson, Diane Baker, Jacquie Joseph, Karen Linder, Linda Wells and Marge Willadsen
