LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Texas remained No. 1, while undefeated South Carolina continued its quick rise up the rankings to No. 11 in the latest 2025 NFCA/GoRout Division I Top 25 Coaches Poll.

The Longhorns (20-1) are one of five top-25 programs to reach to the 20-win plateau last week. UT knocked off USF twice, Abilene Christian, New Mexico State and Alabama A&M, who were part of the Longhorn Invitational. The Longhorns have won nine straight and improved to 10-0 at home.

Joining Texas with 20-plus wins are No. 3 Florida (23-1), No. 5 Texas A&M (20-2), No. 9 Arizona, and No. 12 Oregon. The quartet went a combined 21-1, with the ninth-ranked Wildcats as the lone program playing away from home. Arizona went 5-0 at the Judi Garman, which included wins over then-No. 4 UCLA and then-No. 23 San Diego State.

Florida and Oregon outscored their opponents 46-6 and 41-7, respectively, while the Aggies split with then-No. 13 Texas Tech and finished 5-1 hosting the Texas A&M Invitational.

The Gamecocks (19-0) continued their record NCAA start, and along with No. 2 Oklahoma (19-0), are the only two undefeated teams left in the rankings. South Carolina won its first road game of the season at Charlotte before heading down to Durham, N.C. and sweeping then-No. 8 Duke over the weekend. With the wins, the Gamecocks are one win shy of matching their best start in program history (20-0 in 1976). Additionally, the Gamecocks and Sooners meet this weekend in Norman for their Southeastern Conference opener.

The previously-mentioned Sooners took care of business, winning seven home games last week by a combined score of 82-9.

LSU moved into the No. 4 spot after a 4-1 showing at the Judi Garman Classic. The Tigers opened with a 2-1 win over UCLA and posted shutouts of Notre Dame and Utah. They did suffer their first loss of the season, 6-5, to host Cal State Fullerton.

UCLA fell two spots to No. 6 following a 4-2 showing at the Garman. The Bruins (18-4) fell in two one-run affairs to LSU and Arizona, but did pick up wins over the host Titans, Notre Dame, Utah and Weber State.

The remaining top-10 teams - No. 7 Tennessee, No. 8 Florida State and No. 10 Arkansas – enjoyed the comforts of their home stadium, combining for a 16-0 record.

New to the poll is No. 25 Ole Miss, which is riding a 13-game win streak, following six home wins, four via shutout. San Diego State dropped out after it went 0-5 at the Garman.
