LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced the 150 student-athletes from 66 schools who comprise the 2025 NFCA NAIA All-Region teams.
Central Methodist University (Region V) placed a division-best seven players on its All-Region list, including four on the first team. University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma (Region IV) had the most first teamers, though, with all six of their selections voted to that team.
Louisiana State University at Alexandria (Region I) and Our Lady of the Lake (Region II) also scored six honorees. Our Lady of the Lake had five first teamers, which was the second-most among NAIA schools this season.
Madonna University (Region VI) had five players chosen, while Brenau University (Region I), Middle Georgia State University (Region II), Evangel University, Oklahoma City University and Southern Oregon University (all Region III), Oregon Institute of Technology (Region IV), Saint Xavier University (Region V) and University of the Cumberlands (Region VI) had four players each honored.
Nine schools had three players chosen, while 17 received two selections and 27 were represented by one player.
The awards honor student-athletes from the Association’s six NAIA regions with selection to one of two teams. NFCA member head coaches nominate and then vote for the winners in their respective region.
If they were not already voted to an All-Region squad, conference Players and Pitchers of the Year from member institutions are added to the second team in their region, so long as they are nominated by their member head coach and receive votes.
All honorees move forward to be considered for selection for the two NFCA NAIA All-America teams, which will be announced June 5.
