LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Florence High School’s (Colo.) Addison Dalton was named 2024 MaxPreps/NFCA National High School Fall Player of the Week. She is being recognized for her outstanding play for the week of Oct. 7-13.
Dalton was a perfect 15-for-15 at the plate with two doubles, two triples, eight RBI, 12 runs scored and eight stolen bases. She also went 4-0 in the circle with a 1.34 ERA and 27 strikeouts over 15.2 innings of work. The freshman recorded three four-hit contests, matching a season high and more than doubling her season total to five overall. In wins over James Irwin and Burlington (game two), Dalton tripled and scored three times in each outing. She also added four runs scored and a double in a game-one triumph over Burlington.
