LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Each January, the NFCA recognizes its members for their years of commitment to the Association through the Membership Milestone program. 

It was created to reward dedicated members with a commemorative item for every five years of service. From five to 30-plus, the NFCA is proud of their members’ devotion to coaching education and growth, to student-athletes and colleagues and to overall professional development.

In 2022, 13 members reached the 30-year milestone and will receive an engraved crystal softball. Thirty-six achieved the 25-year mark and  42 are in their 20^th year of service, earning a custom bat and key chain, respectively. Additionally, certificates are allotted to five-, 10- and 15-year members.
