with Kamal Carter and Kyle Williams. Join Carter and Williams on Friday, Dec. 10 (10-11:50 am) as they lead a constructive and reflective conversation where participants are asked to listen, participate, and practice effective anti-racism.

Every year, the premier business event of the Convention is each membership group’s Caucus. Members are encouraged to attend as they come together to discuss current issues, review and discuss pending legislation, create action plans for future changes to the game and collaboratively shape the sport for the future. Please note, you may only attend your group’s specific caucus.
The majority of the caucuses are held on Thursday at 8:30 am with the separate High School and Travel Ball meetings on Friday at 9:00 am. Special for the grassroots membership on Thursday is the combined High School/Travel Ball Caucus + Triple Play Classroom Series presented by Wilson. Along with discussing business, Papillion-LaVista High School’s Todd Petersen, Glory Fastpitch’s Suzy Willemssen and Piedra Vista High School’s Kevin Werth will educate their peers in three 25-minute presentations on defense, team culture and large roster offensive practice, respectively.
On Friday afternoon at 1:30 pm, head over to the Softball Summit presented by USA Softball. At this 'must-attend' event, attendees have the opportunity to hear relevant issues surrounding the sport from various softball dignitaries.
Time is running out! Be sure to register by Nov. 1 to take advantage of the Early-Bird rate. Please remember your credential and lanyard are required throughout the Convention. Registration is open Tuesday through Saturday in Forum Pre Function 2. Hours are: Dec. 7 - noon-4 pm; Dec. 8 - 7 am-9 pm; Dec. 9 - 7 am-8 pm; Dec. 10 - 7 am-1 pm; Dec. 11 - 8 am-noon.
