Arizona State head softball coach Linda Wells has been named head coach of the Greek Softball National Team, it was announced Friday by the International Softball Federation. The announcement took place at the ISF World Championship in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Wells will continue to coach at Arizona State, where she has served as head softball coach for 13 years. In 2002, Wells guided the Sun Devils to a third-place tie at the Women's College World Series.
